Perfect for frolicking, the culotte-style Rosie bloomers feature a wide-leg trouser with a delicate ruffle and a comfortable elastic waistband. These bloomers are made from a breathable blend of 80% Ramie and 20% Cotton. They provide coverage while still being lightweight.
