What is LadyEpi’s Shoppe?

LadyEpi’s Shoppe is an online store specializing in thrifted and upcycled clothing. I rescue secondhand garments and transform them into unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Every upcycled item is carefully selected and reimagined to give it a new life, making sustainable fashion stylish and accessible. 

Are all items one-of-a-kind?

Most of our handprinted upcycled pieces are unique, meaning no two items are identical. Each thrifted garment is chosen for its potential and then hand-printed or customized to create something special. However, we are expanding into manufactured items with a focus on slow fashion—these pieces will still prioritize sustainability, ethical production, and thoughtful design. Once an upcycled item is gone, it’s gone!

Return Policy

  • Handprinted and Upcycled Items: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, all sales on upcycled and made-to-order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Manufactured Items: If you purchased a non-upcycled item from our shop, it can be returned for store credit only. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • To initiate a return for a manufactured item, please email ladyepishop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

    • If product is found damaged or used credit will not be refunded to the buyer.

Shipping Information

  • We ship domestically and internationally using USPS.

  • Unfortunately, due to VAT regulations, we cannot ship to the EU at this time.

  • International customers outside the EU can place orders, but please note that shipping costs and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Order Cancellations

  • Only manufactured items may be canceled, if you purchase something handmade it is a final sale.
  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellations are not possible.

  • To request a cancellation, email ladyepishop@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Change of Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
